Items ordered and paid for will ship within 1-3 business day, unless otherwise noted in the product description. We ship via our shipping partner wynd.
wynd Standard - delivers within 3-5 business days
wynd Second Day - delivery within 2 business days
wynd Next Day - delivers within 1 business day

International Shipping
If customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Please note that normal delivery time on international orders is 3-5 business days pending customs, but can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped. All orders must pass through customs, which is a process we have no control over whatsoever.
Order issues

We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
Refunds and exchanges
We accept returns in unbroken and untampered outer packaging (meaning the box the products are shipped in) within 30 days in exchange for a full refund.
We will offer a replacement or a shop credit for certain circumstances. Contact hello@herbessntls.com about your issue and we’ll work it out together.

Please note that Herb Essentials is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns or exchanges and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages that are lost in transit without proof of delivery to Herb Essentials.

Sales tax is required on orders shipped within New York State at the local tax rate and is calculated at checkout.
